1. Subscription Cancellation
Effective March 9th 2025
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, users will retain access to the service until the end of their billing
cycle or until all valid credits are used.
- Credits do not expire and can be used even after cancellation as long as they remain
available.
2. Refund Policy
- Annual Subscriptions: If a user cancels an annual subscription, they will receive
a prorated refund for the unused months.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Users can cancel
at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
- Custom Plans (Business Custom): If a customer is dissatisfied for any reason, we offer a no-questions-asked refund of 80–90% of
the total plan value, depending on the stage of engagement. The refund request must be made within
the active billing period.
- Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be processed and credited to the original
payment method within five business days.
3. Credit Usage
- Users can continue to use their available credits even after canceling their subscription.
- Credits never expire and remain available for future use.

5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this
