Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview

At Voyager1.ai, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your data from our systems, you can do so by following the instructions below.

2. What Data Can Be Deleted

You can request the deletion of the following types of data:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile details.
• Usage Data: Information about your interactions with our platform, including browsing history and activity logs.
• User-Generated Content: Any content you have created or uploaded, including AI-generated assets, documents, and proprietary data used for RAG and model training.
• Third-Party Integration Data: Data collected through connected services such as Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, please follow one of these methods:

Method 1: In-App Account Settings

1. Log in to your Voyager1.ai account.
2. Navigate to Account Settings > Privacy & Security.
3. Click on Delete My Account.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your deletion request.

Method 2: Email Request

1. Send an email to support@voyager1.ai.
2. Include the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
3. Provide your registered email address and any additional information to help us verify your identity.
4. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once completed.

Method 3: Facebook Users

If you connected your Voyager1.ai account through Facebook, you can also request data deletion directly through Facebook:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. Select Apps and Websites.
3. Find Voyager1.ai in the list of connected apps.
4. Click Remove and select Delete all my data.

4. Data Deletion Timeline

• Immediate: Your account will be deactivated immediately upon request.
• Within 30 Days: All personal data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
• Backup Systems: Data in backup systems may take up to 90 days to be fully removed.

5. Data Retention Exceptions

Please note that some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes, including:

• Transaction records required for accounting and tax purposes.
• Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms of Service.
• Information required to comply with legal obligations.

6. Third-Party Data

If you have connected third-party services (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), you may also need to revoke permissions and delete data from those platforms separately. We will delete any data we have collected from those services as part of your deletion request.
